Meet The Stock Brook Team
Upon joining Stock Brook you will be assigned one of our fitness coaches who will begin your 12-week induction process to the club.
Our team of experts is always on hand on the gym floor to offer any advice you have regarding training, nutrition or general advice with regards to an improved healthy lifestyle.
As well as that our coaches are highly experienced and have years of experience when it comes to training. Each one of your coaches offer something unique when it comes to training and can offer personal training at an additional charge if this is something you are interested in.

Fitness Manager
Matt Anderson
Hi, I’m Matt the fitness manager and personal trainer here at Stock Brook Country Club. For as long as I can remember fitness has been a passion of mine and has played a big part in my life. This ranges from over a decade of competitive swimming to football, rugby, basketball, boxing and now CrossFit. I have a genuine passion for training and take pride in sharing my knowledge to help others reach their goals so please don’t hesitate to come and talk to me if you have any questions, I’m more than happy to help.

Group Exercise Manager
Cat
Hi, I’m Cat, the Group Exercise Manager at Stock Brook Country Club, where I also have the privilege of teaching classes. Alongside group exercise, I work as a Personal Trainer, which allows me to tailor bespoke training to suit each client’s individual needs and goals. Outside of the club, I am a Health and Wellbeing Assessor, with a strong belief that true health is a lifestyle—where exercise and nutrition support both internal balance and external strength. What I love most about my role is the energy and passion within our group exercise community, as well as the incredible bond between our instructors. If you’re a member who shares that love for group fitness, I’d be delighted to connect with you—even if it’s just for a chat.

Hi I’m Mike a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach here at Stock Brook Country Club. My whole life has revolved around sport and fitness having played football my whole life. Being in that environment for so long from an early age has given me so much knowledge and understanding about health, fitness and how to push through when things get tough. I’m very passionate about fitness and nutrition in general, I love running! And I’m a massive foodie, so whether you want to lose body fat, gain muscle or just get fitter, stronger and healthier come and have a chat with me and we can get to work.

Hi, I’m Andrew a personal trainer and fitness coach here at Stock Brook Country Club. I work with a wide variety of clients building towards their own fitness goals. From studying sports and exercise science at university to my own experiences in health and fitness I have developed my approach to training and that pride in helping others develop and shape their own fitness journeys. Whether you are new to training or looking to take an extra step to achieve your goals I would be happy to help.

I am a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer here at Stock Brook Country Club. As an active person, my fitness interests range from Martial Arts, which is when I first fell in love with fitness as a young child, to now a keen member of a running club and participate in different races around Essex and London. Among these, I also challenge myself to mud runs and ultra marathon events as I enjoy the training journey you experience beforehand.I am also a qualified Metafit and MetaPwr coach and love the HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) world!Please see me with any queries you may have regarding your fitness goals and will try my best to help you!

I’ve been passionate about sport and fitness my entire life — from over 14 years of playing competitive sport to completing a two-year college course in coaching development and nutrition. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or are already experienced, I’m here to support you and help you achieve your personal goals.

Hi, I’m Grace — a yoga teacher and fitness coach here at Stock Brook Country Club. From my cross-country running days in senior school to studying in India for my yoga qualification, health and fitness have always been part of my life. My approach is to see the bigger picture, supporting clients in a holistic way to help them achieve their goals.

Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose body fat, or create a healthier routine, I’ll work with you using a supportive and innovative approach tailored to your lifestyle. Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach

Hi, I’m Alex — a personal trainer and fitness coach here at Stock Brook Country Club. I’ve worked with clients from all backgrounds and abilities, finding the best way to make training work for them. As an avid martial artist, I have competed on both national and international stages, winning four world championships. Alongside my coaching, I’m currently completing an MSc in Physiotherapy, building on my BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. This academic background gives me a deep understanding of how to tailor exercise programmes so they’re not only effective, but also enjoyable and sustainable. I have a true passion for fitness and would love to work with you to achieve your.
