The Stock Course: Hole 1

A strong opening hole that requires an accurate tee shot to avoid the large bunker on the left side of the fairway. Do this and you can comfortably reach this Par 4 in two shots. Take enough club to reach the back portion of this large green

The Stock Course: Hole 2

A drive aimed just inside the bunkers on the left is the perfect line off the tee for this demanding hole. A lay up short of the ditch maybe the best option if not on the fairway and a par can still be achieved, as trouble lurks around this green.

The Stock Course: Hole 3

A short Par 4 where longer hitters may well drive, however still treat with respect and a birdie may well be on your card.

The Stock Course: Hole 4

A delightful Par 3 where Club selection is key, if in doubt always take the extra club, slightly long is better than slightly short.

The Stock Course: Hole 5

The longest hole on this front nine, this Par 5 can be reached with two big hits! The large cross bunkers need to be negotiated with the second shot, if in doubt lay up short in two and leave yourself a short iron into this tricky undulating green.

The Stock Course: Hole 6

Another strong Par 4 requiring two good long shots! Left half of the fairway is the best line from the Tee, which will leave you the best angle into the green. Take enough Club for your approach as it appears closer than it actually is.

The Stock Course: Hole 7

Club selection again is essential at this short but demanding Par 3. Water lurks behind and in front so pick enough Club, especially into the breeze.

The Stock Course: Hole 8

Bunkers left and right protect the Tee shot on this Par 4 hole. Find the fairway and you can reach in regulation. Tricky pin positions can be found on this long and undulating green.

The Stock Course: Hole 9

The final hole of the front nine, this Par 5 offers choice. This picturesque hole can be reached in two but danger awaits the slightest mistake. Play the hole to regulation and Par or better can be achieved.

The Brook Course: Hole 10

An easier Par 5, where two good shots can find you on this green. Uphill approach, so you could take one extra club.

The Brook Course: Hole 11

Length and accuracy are needed here on this tough and tricky Par 4. Avoid the big oak half way up this hole and you can reach in two, don’t be too disappointed with a 5 on this hole. A small and slopey green awaits, it’s a difficult one!

The Brook Course: Hole 12

A short but narrow hole that calls for accuracy. An iron off the tee maybe the best choice. A short iron should then find you this green, keep it straight!

The Brook Course: Hole 13

A longer Par 3 where enough Club is needed to reach this undulating green. A Par is always a good score here.

The Brook Course: Hole 14

Another reachable Par 5, the 14th offers a good birdie chance. However a good tee shot is required to reach this hole in two. Miss the hidden bunkers on the left and keep away from the trees on the right and you can get home.

The Brook Course: Hole 15

Although stroke index 18 this mid range Par 3 must not be under estimated. A good solid shot is still required to find this two tiered green.

The Brook Course: Hole 16

Watch out for the bunkers down to the left hand side. Avoid these and you can reach in two, but more cross bunkers await short of the green for the errant approach. A long green so take enough Club especially if the pin position is in the back portion.

The Brook Course: Hole 17

A strong Par 3 where a long iron, rescue or fairway wood maybe required, keep left side as everything falls left to right. 3 is never a bad score on this hole.

The Brook Course: Hole 18

A good finishing hole where longer hitters can reach this Par 5 in two. Shorter hitters must take note of the cross bunkers that lie some 80 yds short of the green. Sensible play can leave you with a good solid par and a good finish to your round.

The Manor Course: Hole 19

A challenging opening hole to start this slightly shorter but interesting nine holes. Easy to go too far right off the tee, so a good position on the fairway will leave you a straight forward shot to the green.

The Manor Course: Hole 20

A lovely Par 3 over water to a narrow green. Keep the ball slightly left of the pin as everything falls to the right.

The Manor Course: Hole 21

Water on the right and out of bounds left, this sharp dog leg from left to right is a short but demanding Par 4. Longer hitters may try for the green but the smarter play is an iron or fairway wood to the corner which leaves a short shot to the green.

The Manor Course: Hole 22

A strong Par 4 uphill with large bunkers both left and right. Aim at the big oak in the distance from the tee, beware of cross bunkers that linger some 50 yds short of this green.

The Manor Course: Hole 23

The 5th hole on the Manor course is probably the most difficult. Although mostly downhill this long Par 4 requires two good shots, watch out for the sneaky little pot bunker at the front of this green.

The Manor Course: Hole 24

A definite birdie opportunity at this short Par 4. A solid straight tee shot should set you up for a good chance of a 3.

The Manor Course: Hole 25

Aim at the big tree in the distance to find the fairway on this tricky Par 5 where accuracy as well as length is required. Cross bunkers again are found some 80 yds short of this green, so depending on position either lay up or go for the green in two.

The Manor Course: Hole 26

Another short Par 4 where a birdie can be made. Protected by large bunkers both short and left, longer hitters can drive the green but a 3 can still be made from the fairway with a short pitch.

The Manor Course: Hole 27

The final hole takes you back towards the Clubhouse, a lovely par 3 to a two-tiered green fronted by water where good club selection and a good strike should get you home in one shot and complete your round safely.
