    I’ve been going to gyms and working for over 20 years and finally took the plunge 3 years ago and became a level 3 personal trainer. Previous to working at Stock Brook I worked in a small gym in Hutton for a year where I gained some great experience of training with people of all ages and fitness levels.

    My main interests are football and motorbikes but I generally enjoy any kind of sport or activity.

    My main aim is to assist people with the goals they wish to achieve and also try and help people feel comfortable within the gym environment.

    I have been training myself for a few years now with my first goal being to loose the 2.5 stone I had gained after an accident which resulted in me being in a wheelchair for a year.

    Due to this history I am empathetic and want to help people to do the things that they don't believe they can do and to help people reach their goals.

    I aim to be approachable, honest and dedicated to helping people gain the knowledge and confidence to change their lives!
