    Although I have only been at Stockbrook for 18 months I have over 14 years experience working in my last gym for over 12 years. I have also worked at a local Chiropractor doing posture checks and road shows.  I have a vast amount of experience gained by doing most sports from a very young age and moving into the gym due to injuries were I continued to gather my knowledge before becoming qualified.  I am a strong believer that a strong core leads to a strong body and mind.

Chloe Reynolds - Studio Coordinator

    I have been working in the fitness industry since I graduated from university in 2016. I teach all sorts of classes with my main love being Les Mills programs. I currently teach bodypump, bodycombat, bodybalance, CXworx and Les mills sprint.

    I’m also qualified swimming teacher and sports massage therapist. The amount of classes I teach means you can usually find me walking round with some sort of food in my hands!

    I love teaching group fitness because it enables me to connect with people of all different ages and abilities. Someone may have had a rubbish week but come to my body combat class to sweat out all their aggression and leave feeling energised. Someone might come to my bodybalance class to recover from an injury or help them relieve stress. The best feeling is seeing your participants achieve their goals – whether that’s adding more weight during a pump class or nailing their downward dog! Every class and every week is different and it makes my job so rewarding.

James Fallows - Fitness Coach

    I am a young, enthusiastic and approachable person constantly trying to crack a smile. All my life I have had a huge passion for health and fitness. I began karate from a very young age, including other martial arts and have played a lot of competitive football for both school and clubs on the weekends.

    I have over 6 years gym experience which helps me with confidence helping other people of all ages to set and reach their personal goals.

    I’ve been working in the fitness industry for the last year and half and I’ve gained my level 2 fitness coaches and am now working towards my level 3 personal trainer course.

    I have a keen interest in fitness as I have danced from a young age doing all type of genres. I would like to possibly bring dance into my job by qualifying in zumba and body balance.

Robert Niven - Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer

    I’ve been going to gyms and working for over 20 years and finally took the plunge 3 years ago and became a level 3 personal trainer. Previous to working at Stock Brook I worked in a small gym in Hutton for a year where I gained some great experience of training with people of all ages and fitness levels.

    My main interests are football and motorbikes but I generally enjoy any kind of sport or activity.

    My main aim is to assist people with the goals they wish to achieve and also try and help people feel comfortable within the gym environment.
