Meet The Stock Brook Team
Upon joining Stock Brook you will be assigned one of our fitness coaches who will begin your 12-week induction process to the club.
Our team of experts is always on hand on the gym floor to offer any advice you have regarding training, nutrition or general advice with regards to an improved healthy lifestyle.
As well as that our coaches are highly experienced and have years of experience when it comes to training. Each one of your coaches offer something unique when it comes to training and can offer personal training at an additional charge if this is something you are interested in.

Matt Anderson
Hi, I’m Matt the fitness manager and personal trainer here at Stock Brook Manor. For as long as I can remember fitness has been a passion of mine and has played a big part in my life. This ranges from over a decade of competitive swimming to football, rugby, basketball, boxing and now CrossFit. I have a genuine passion for training and take pride in sharing my knowledge to help others reach their goals so please don’t hesitate to come and talk to me if you have any questions, I’m more than happy to help.

Michael Moore
Hi I’m Mike a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach here at Stock Brook Gym. My whole life has revolved around sport and fitness having played football my whole life. Being in that environment for so long from an early age has given me so much knowledge and understanding about health, fitness and how to push through when things get tough. I’m very passionate about fitness and nutrition in general, I love running! And I’m a massive foodie, so whether you want to lose body fat, gain muscle or just get fitter, stronger and healthier come and have a chat with me and we can get to work.

Mitchell Bruce
I’ve been in health and fitness all my life having trained from a young age as a dancer, primarily in ballet. With my dancing background, I have gained a keen eye for detail which makes me able to correct body alignment issues, incorrect technique and poor workout habits. Since becoming a personal trainer I have developed a more broadened knowledge of fitness, well being, anatomy and nutrition. I can assist you to lose fat, become more flexible and build a solid muscular framework from the inside out. I will also give you some solid nutritional advice

Hello lovely people! I am a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer here at Stock Brook Gym. As an active person, my fitness interests range from Martial Arts, which is when I first fell in love with fitness as a young child, to now a keen member of a running club and participate in different races around Essex and London. Among these, I also challenge myself to mud runs and ultra marathon events as I enjoy the training journey you experience beforehand.
